Guided by Cycles, Grounded in Science
Newton, North Carolina
Schedule Opening Summer 2026"Is this truly the kind of care women deserve?"
As a certified nurse-midwife, my training has always emphasized listening, context, and continuity. Women's bodies change across decades, and many concerns—cycle changes, pelvic symptoms, hormonal shifts, fatigue, pain—are not pathology, but signals. Too often, they are rushed through or normalized away without explanation.
At Auralè we re-center the clinical relationship. We create space for deeper listening and personalized care that honors your story and lived experience.
Visits became rushed, systems louder, and care increasingly focused on managing symptoms rather than understanding the whole person. I found myself asking a hard but necessary question: Is this truly the kind of care women deserve?
Auralè exists to answer that question with a model of care built on relationships, trust, and evidence-based guidance.

Establishing a foundation of trust. We offer "The First Visit"—a sit-down conversation designed to make the transition into GYN care safe, educational, and empowering.
Full-spectrum counseling and procedures including IUD and Nexplanon services, focused on finding the right fit for your unique lifestyle.
From annual prevention and Pap smears to the management of PCOS, PMDD, and cycle irregularities using evidence-based, clinically sound care.
Specialized support for perimenopause and menopause, including HRT and lifestyle integration to help you thrive through the shift.
"Setting the tone for a lifetime of body-literacy and confidence."
I believe a young woman's first GYN visit should feel less like a medical procedure and more like a "chat with a trusted friend." There is no exam table involved unless specifically requested or medically necessary.
"Modern Science for the Modern Mid-Life."
The transition into menopause is a physiological shift that impacts your brain, bones, and heart health. My approach follows the latest standards from The Menopause Society, prioritizing your quality of life through science-backed education.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): We move past outdated headlines to discuss the actual risks and significant benefits of HRT in managing symptoms and protecting long-term health.
Auralè is built on relational medicine—the kind of care where clinical excellence and human connection are inseparable. We believe the highest standard of women's health care is achieved through presence, continuity, and trust.
We take the time to understand the person living through the symptoms—her physiology, her history, and her goals.
