“Women deserve care that listens first, explains clearly, and never takes their power away.”
I know firsthand how vulnerable gynecologic care can feel. My commitment to trauma informed care comes from my own experience with medical trauma in women’s health. I remember what it felt like to not be fully heard, to feel rushed, and to sense that my body was being managed rather than respected. That experience changed me. It shaped the way I practice and the kind of space I am committed to creating for other women. At Auralé, trauma informed care means slowing down, asking permission, explaining every step, and honoring your autonomy. It means recognizing that your nervous system, your history, and your lived experience matter just as much as your symptoms. My goal is to make sure no woman feels powerless in her own care again.

Establishing a foundation of trust. We offer "The First Visit"—a sit-down conversation designed to make the transition into GYN care safe, educational, and empowering.
Full-spectrum counseling and procedures including IUD and Nexplanon services, focused on finding the right fit for your unique lifestyle.
From annual prevention and Pap smears to the management of PCOS, PMDD, and cycle irregularities using evidence-based, clinically sound care.

"Setting the tone for a lifetime of body-literacy and confidence."
I believe a young woman's first GYN visit should feel less like a medical procedure and more like a "chat with a trusted friend." There is no exam table involved unless specifically requested or medically necessary.
"Modern Science for the Modern Mid-Life."

A CNM is a registered nurse with advanced graduate-level training in women's health and midwifery, certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB). OB-GYNs are physicians who complete surgical residency training — highly skilled, but trained within a model that moves quickly and manages high patient volume across both obstetrics and gynecology.
The midwifery model is different by design. It centers education, shared decision-making, and the belief that your body is inherently capable — not a problem to be solved. At Auralé, the gynecology-only structure means your appointments are never bumped for a delivery. Your time here is protected.
